1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SynapseCore's lead generation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Description of Service

SynapseCore provides AI-powered lead generation and social network advertising services. Our platform identifies and delivers qualified leads based on your specified criteria through advanced targeting algorithms and social media integration.

2.1 Service Tiers

  • Standard Leads: $40 per qualified lead with basic targeting and 48-hour delivery
  • Premium Leads: $50 per qualified lead with advanced AI targeting and 24-hour delivery
  • Enterprise Leads: $60 per qualified lead with premium targeting and 12-hour delivery

3. Qualification Process

All potential clients must complete our qualification process before accessing our services. We reserve the right to approve or decline service requests based on our internal criteria and business requirements.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is required per qualified lead delivered. Leads are considered qualified when they meet the agreed-upon criteria as defined in your service agreement. Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise specified.

5. Lead Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all delivered leads meet your specified criteria with 95% accuracy. If a lead does not meet the agreed-upon qualifications, you will not be charged for that lead. Disputes must be reported within 7 days of lead delivery.

6. Data Usage and Privacy

We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. All lead generation activities comply with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant privacy laws.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for:

  • Illegal activities or purposes
  • Spamming or unsolicited communications
  • Harassment or discrimination
  • Violation of third-party rights
  • Any activity that could damage our reputation or services

8. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, and materials provided by SynapseCore are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

SynapseCore's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific leads in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect service access.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of all delivered leads and outstanding invoices.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Arkansas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Arkansas.
